Full Stack Engineer (.NET / React) Belfast - Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home) Competitive Salary  Excellent Benefits The Opportunity MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a leading technology organisation as they seek to appoint a Full Stack Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established software business currently undertaking a large-scale modernisation programme, migrating a portfolio of public-facing web applications from legacy technologies to a modern React-based architecture.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative development team working on the evolution of an established component library and helping deliver scalable, high-quality web applications.

This role offers the opportunity to work across both backend and frontend technologies while contributing to long-term product improvements and modern engineering practices.

The Role As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work as part of a close-knit development team responsible for delivering and maintaining modern web applications used by a wide customer base. You'll primarily work with C#/.NET on the backend while contributing to React-based frontend development, collaborating closely with experienced engineers to build reusable components, improve development efficiency and support the ongoing migration to modern technologies.

Responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining full stack web applications using C#/.NET and React Contributing to the ongoing migration of legacy applications to modern technologies Building and enhancing reusable React components and frontend functionality Developing scalable backend services and APIs Working closely with developers and technical leads to deliver high-quality software solutions Writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code Supporting continuous improvement across development processes and engineering practices Collaborating with the wider engineering team on technical design and solution delivery What You Need 3 years commercial experience developing applications using C#/.NET
