Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview This is an opportunity to join a newly established engineering team responsible for building the next generation of a cloud-native platform using modern technologies and architecture. Working within a collaborative engineering environment, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will demonstrate strong technical expertise while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating closely with architects, technical leads, and other engineering teams to deliver production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities Drive engineering best practices and promote high-quality software development. Support and contribute to an effective Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Participate in planning, estimation, and technical discussions. Collaborate with engineers and architects on system design and architecture. Refactor and evolve existing systems towards target-state architecture. Take ownership of features from design through deployment. Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience Experience 5 years' commercial experience as a Full Stack, Front-End, or Back-End Software Engineer. Strong experience developing applications using Type Script. Experience working within Agile cross-functional teams. Experience delivering software through the full software development lifecycle. Experience building low-latency, event-driven applications. Experience developing reusable platform services. Experience supporting production systems where required. Front-End HTML5 CSS3 Type Script React Redux React Query Modern JavaScript frameworks Tailwind CSS (or similar CSS framework) REST APIs GraphQL Web Sockets Cross-browser compatibility Git Back-End Type Script or another object-oriented language (e.g. C# or Java) SQL and No
