Key Responsibilities Build and enhance bespoke Python back-end services across a range of client environments Liaise directly with clients on architecture, design and technical decisions Deliver high-quality, best-practice software solutions to specification Work across a range of architectures, tools and frameworks as each project demands Recommend and implement new ideas, tooling and innovations Share knowledge and contribute to team learning Collaborate as part of dynamic, cross-functional delivery teams Produce clean, efficient, well-tested code throughout What You'll Need Essential: 3 years of Python development experience building back-end services Hands-on experience with FastAPI and/or Flask Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL

Experience with automated test frameworks, including pytest Comfortable working with complex datasets Based within commuting distance of Belfast City Centre (3 days on-site required) Desirable / Nice to Have:
