Transport Planner 4 on 4 off Black Fox Solutions
• UK, GB
Transport Planner 4 on 4 off Co. Down Salary up to £40,000. With over 50 years of experience, I am working with a leading transport company who, due to continued success, are seeking a Transport Planner to join their successful team on a permanent full‑time basis.
Responsibilities- Plan customers' collections and deliveries in the most cost effective/efficient manner
- Maximise vehicle utilisation
- Plan routes to meet customer KPI and maintain driver’s hour’s legislation
- Issue drivers with clear instructions
- Ensure all drivers brief and de‑brief completed daily
- Maintain TMS
- Monitor vehicle movements
- Manage customer queries and issues
- Other ad‑hoc duties
- Experience of working within a similar role
- Good geographical knowledge of UK & Ireland
- Skills:
Transport supply chain logistics
