Due to continued growth, we are now looking for professional and motivated HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our team on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern.

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Nights)

Average Shift Length: 48 hours average per block of 4 (calculated over a 26-week reference period). Hours may vary from day to day due to the nature of the business.

Basic Salary: £35,126 per annum

• Equivalent to £193 per shift
• Based on 3.5 shifts per week / 182 shifts per year

Performance Bonus:
Graded driver performance bonus (Grade A-D) worth up to £2,400 per annum

General haulage work

Safe, timely and professional delivery of goods

Providing excellent customer service at all times

Accurate and clear communication with the Transport team

Using the latest driver technology, including:

• Electronic POD devices
• Electronic walk around check systems

Full training is provided on all systems and processes.

• Modern, well-maintained fleet (predominantly MAN, Scania, DAF & Iveco)

  • Driver Assessor
  • FLT licences

• Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid CPC qualification
• Valid Digital Tachograph card
• Good understanding of Tachograph and WTD regulations
• Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
• Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused attitude

Previous Class 1 Experience Is Preferred But Not Essential.
