Job Description :
We are seeking reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Driver Night Trunking to join our client's growing team based in Watford. This role involves the safe and efficient delivery of ambient, chilled, and frozen products to a central distribution point while maintaining high standards of customer care and operational efficiency. This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers who are passionate about providing excellent service and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Shift start time 21:30 - Sunday to Thursday. Operate 7.5t 18t vehicles ( HGV Class 2 Driver) on pre-planned drop routes. Load and unload ambient, chilled, and frozen products safely and securely. Accurately complete delivery paperwork and ensure goods are actively transferred at the cross-dock location. Communicate with cross-dock hub colleagues to update on deliveries and any changes to the schedule.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conduct daily vehicle checks, and report defects promptly. Follow all legal and company driving standards, ensuring safety and compliance at all times. Use handheld PDA equipment to confirm deliveries and manage order processing. Requirements :
Licence :
Full UK driving licence with a valid HGV Class 2 driver (C category with no more than 6 points). Experience : A minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience. Physical Ability :
Comfortable with heavy lifting and frequent vehicle climbing. Strong communication skills and a focus on providing excellent customer service. High attention to detail and ability to meet delivery deadlines. Benefits :
