Founded in 2013, Exi-tite Group has become one of the leading industry names in the HVAC market, providing energy-efficient, climate-controlled solutions to the built environment sector.

Due to continued growth, Exi-tite Air Filtration are looking to strengthen their team in their Belfast branch in Duncrue Industrial Estate by recruiting a Branch Co-Ordinator .

This role is critical to providing a high level of service to customers and plays a pivotal role within the business.

Air Filtration Branch Co-Ordinator Main Responsibilities

• Management of stock including receipt, put away, pick, issuing and stock taking.

• Preparation of delivery documentation for customer collection and delivery.

• Liaising with suppliers for delivery lead times.

• Providing customers with timely updates on the delivery status of orders.

• Resolving customer queries via phone and email.

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

• Preparing customer quotations.

• Day-to-day co-ordination of Exi-tite Air Filtration.

• Procuring and purchasing stock with consideration of cash flow and transport costs.

• Looking at ways in which the efficiency of the business could be improved and implementing them.

Criteria (Essential)

• Previous experience within a similar role.

• Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Excel.

• A professional and courteous manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Good planning, organisational and time management skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Valid driving licence up to B1.

Criteria (Desirable)

• Counterbalance Forklift Licence.

• Trade counter sales experience.
