Our HGV Class 1 drivers usually drive our longer routes in waves, ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles from depots to our clients and other sites in the EVR network. You’ll ensure parcels are collected and delivered safely; paperwork updated and assist depot staff with heavier items from time to time. We know the great British roads and weather don’t always play nicely, so you’ll need to keep us updated with any problems.

Our HGV Class 1 drivers work on shifts. Full‑time contracts are 40 hours per week with some weekends.

Our Night shift typically starts between 00:00‑02:00.

£19.87 per hour with an overtime rate of £29.81.

You’ll need a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 1 (Cat C

E) entitlements, driver’s CPC and digital tachograph. Newly qualified drivers are welcome, however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.
