Working Shift Patterns: 6 on 3 off (3 early, 3 late, 3 off)

Working Hours: 06:00am – 15:00pm & 14:00pm – 23:00pm

Salary: £15.00ph (Weekly pay)

We are representing an industry‑leading Car Rental company, which has over 9,000 branches worldwide and is one of the largest transportation groups in the world. They are actively onboarding suitable candidates to complement their Shuttle Bus operation at one of their flagship branches based at Heathrow Airport. We are currently seeking passionate, enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as a Shuttle Bus Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers from the car rental site to the terminal buildings  will meet and greet the passengers, assist them onboard with luggage, and offer an all‑round high level of customer service throughout the journey.

• Meet and greet all customers
• Assist customers on board the minibus with their luggage and suitcases
• Use the radio system to communicate with fellow drivers
• Transport customers to and from the terminal drop‑off and collection points
• Adhere to the highway code at all times
• Conduct vehicle checks in line with company policy

• Valid UK manual driving licence
• Valid CPC/PCV Entitlement
• Public or private bus driving experience
• Customer service experience (preferably in a driving‑based role)
• Be able to work on the required 6 on 3 off shift pattern

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Customer service skills
• Able to adapt to fast‑paced and challenging situations
• Driver CPC card
