Biffa, Rutland-based Training Supervisor, leads training for drivers, loaders, operatives and supervisors across recycling and waste management contracts in and around Rutland.
You will deliver training to a high standard, mentor staff on safety and compliance, and coordinate depot-based training on key practices like vehicle checks, tachographs and in-cab tech. This role requires a valid LGV C licence and Driver CPC, with experience in time-critical environments.
