Monday to Friday,37.5 hours per week

Servicing areas across NI Join Our Growing Team We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver / Labourer to join our friendly and professional team. This is a varied, hands-on role that is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is happy to be part of a busy team delivering high-quality tree care services.

The Role As a Driver / Labourer, you'll play a key role in supporting our Tree Surgeons by helping to keep jobs running efficiently and safely.

Duties include:

Driving company vehicles to and from work sites Assisting Tree Surgeons with daily operations Loading, unloading, and handling tools and equipment Processing timber and woodchip Keeping vehicles, machinery, and work areas clean and organised Assisting with site set-up and maintaining safe working areas General labouring duties and manual handling Supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service What We're Looking For Full UK driving licence (essential) Ability to drive larger vehicles or tow trailers (desirable but not essential) Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Good communication skills and a strong team ethic Previous experience in arboriculture, landscaping, construction, or a similar outdoor environment is an advantage but not essential
