• Command Global Express flights end-to-end, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence from planning to shutdown.
• Lead and mentor the crew, championing CRM and a strong safety culture within our SMS.
• Deliver discreet, five-star service to UHNWI and corporate clients, tailoring the journey to individual preferences.
• Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to optimise performance and on-time departures.
• Exercise sound judgement and timely decision-making under changing conditions and time pressures.
• Represent TAG Aviation with professionalism on the flight deck and at every client touchpoint.

• Calm, decisive leadership with impeccable communication and a client-first mindset.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and adapt to dynamic, global schedules.
• Thorough knowledge of international procedures, performance, and premium business aviation standards.

• Total time: 5,000 hours
• PIC time: 2,500 hours
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years as Captain
• License: ATP (FAA accepted)
