What We Offer
- Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00
- Shift Pattern: 4 Nights On, 4 Nights Off
- Pay Rate:
Earn up to £13.80/hr (£12.94/hr + 86p Night Allowance between 00:00–06:00) - Joiner's Fee: £250 paid after successfully completing probation and 6 months' service**

As an Aircraft Cleaning Operative
, you will play a vital role in ensuring aircraft cabins and operational areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. Working as part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced airport environment, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing aircraft between flights, helping to create a comfortable and welcoming experience for passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out aircraft cabin cleaning during overnight stops and deep cleans
- Remove and dispose of waste in line with company procedures
- Clean and sanitise aircraft cabins, galleys, and lavatories
- Vacuum carpets, wipe surfaces, and replenish onboard supplies
- Correctly arrange seat belts, headrests, pillows, and blankets
- Restock cleaning equipment and vehicles
- Assist with general cleaning of offices and staff areas
- Maintain high standards of safety and compliance at all times
- Complete any other duties required to support the operation
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules
- Flexible approach to shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous aircraft cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential
- Full UK manual driving licence is desirable
- Fully understand and comply with the company Health and Safety and Safety Management System policies.
Successful applicants must be able to provide:
- Valid passport or acceptable right-to-work documentation
- Proof of address and National Insurance number
- 5 years' checkable employment history
- Receipt of a satisfactory standard disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
