Counterbalance FLT Driver / Yard Operative Nuneaton HSL Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Yard Operative to join our client based in Nuneaton, CV11. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver, FLT Driver or Yard Operative looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to become permanent. The Role As a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Yard Operative, your duties will include:
Loading and unloading deliveries Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Moving and positioning stock safely around the yard Working within a busy warehouse and outdoor yard environment Order picking from outdoor racking Placing products onto pallets Pallet wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch Manual handling of products Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment Following health and safety procedures Supporting the wider warehouse and yard team as required What We're Looking For The successful candidate will:
Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence Have previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Be confident working in a busy yard environment Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Be able to read and write to a suitable standard for the role Have a reliable approach to work and good attendance Be available to work Monday to Friday, 06:00am 14:30pm Be looking for a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity Location Nuneaton, CV11 This role may suit candidates searching for:
