Training lasts ~12–14 weeks with pay £12.71/h; after working solo it rises to £14.02/h.
On your 1-year anniversary pay reaches £16.45/h. Shifts are 4 or 5 days in 7. You’ll join a friendly, safety‑conscious team delivering reliable journeys and excellent customer service.
