Warehouse Operative - Chill

1-19 Dargan Drive, Belfast

Full time, Permanent Contract

Sunday to Friday – 10AM to 9PM

• Provide an effective, efficient, and flexible service to all suppliers, customers, and colleagues alike.
• Carry out all functions relating to the warehouse, including order scheduling and assembly, replenishment, picking, stock enquiries, and checking.
• Ensure accurate checking (manual process) and other associated procedures relating to goods received and goods dispatched.
• Promote a positive company image through your accuracy, knowledge, and attitude to the job.
• Accurately and efficiently pick orders and complete all paperwork.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing loads are dealt with efficiently and comply with safety and legal requirements.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Ensure that all goods are stored under the appropriate conditions.
• Keep waste, losses, and damage to a minimum.

• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A team player with experience in working to deadlines.
• Ability to work on their own initiative and organise shift duties.
• High level of productivity.
• Good all‑round general housekeeping is essential.
• Must have good numeracy and literacy skills – this is essential.

• Previous warehouse picking experience – advantageous.
• Manual handling training.
• Forklift truck licence (counterbalance & Reach) and PPT – advantageous, although full training will be available.
• Maintain a good level of punctuality at all times, adhering to working time directives.
• Must be flexible and adaptable.
