Starting from £14.24 per hour, increasing to £15.00 after 812 weeks, with a further increase to £15.69 We are currently recruiting for aWarehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in Nutts Corner. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking to step into or progress within a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities during night shift Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve daily targets Ensure efficient workflow and productivity across all operations Allocate tasks and manage staff performance Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times Monitor stock movement and ensure accuracy Resolve any operational issues quickly and effectively Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment (supervisory experience desirable) Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, proactive, and able to use initiative Flexible to work shift patterns Whats on
