Salary: £13.86 per hour

Shifts:

Monday to Friday 6.00pm to 2.30am (39 hrs per week)

To drive the daily performance of operatives, achieve budgeted productivity and quality targets within a warehouse operation in line with departmental KPIs.

To implement the daily staffing plan, ensuring optimum operational output at all times, escalating any areas of concern immediately to the Line Manager.

To deliver training on operational procedures and processes (including Good Distribution Practice and Standard Operating Practice) with a particular focus on housekeeping.

To promote and manage our IIP culture, through team briefing, training, and where applicable 1:1’s and return to work processes.

To support the Outbound Manager in achieving departmental and company objectives.

To carry out reasonable requests as determined by the Service Centre Management Team, promoting and supporting company initiatives.

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics or a related field.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking, order management, and optimisation.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced working environment.
• Outstanding organisation and a high level of accuracy in record‑keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional departments.
• Excellent customer care, intermediate numeracy, time management and organisational skills.
