Warehouse Supervisor
Location:
Crumlin
Salary: £32k - £35k+ Bonus Scheme
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our busy car parts warehouse. This role is responsible for leading a team of 5 warehouse operatives, ensuring stock is accurately managed, orders are processed efficiently, and high standards of health, safety, and productivity are maintained.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has strong leadership skills within warehouse or automotive parts operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, support, and motivate a team of 5 warehouse staff
- Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including goods‑in, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management of vehicle parts and accessories
- Monitor team performance and productivity to meet service and delivery targets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with purchasing, sales, and transport teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Train new starters and support ongoing development of warehouse staff
- Drive continuous improvements in warehouse processes and efficiency
- Support with periodic stock counts and audits
- Handle escalated operational issues and resolve them quickly
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
- Experience with in automotive parts, motor factors, or similar stock‑heavy environments preferred
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock management systems
- Ability to lead and develop a small team effectively
- Good organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Confident using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
- A proactive, reliable, and hands‑on approach
