Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our busy car parts warehouse. This role is responsible for leading a team of 5 warehouse operatives, ensuring stock is accurately managed, orders are processed efficiently, and high standards of health, safety, and productivity are maintained.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has strong leadership skills within warehouse or automotive parts operations.

• Supervise, support, and motivate a team of 5 warehouse staff
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including goods‑in, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management of vehicle parts and accessories
• Monitor team performance and productivity to meet service and delivery targets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Liaise with purchasing, sales, and transport teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Train new starters and support ongoing development of warehouse staff
• Drive continuous improvements in warehouse processes and efficiency
• Support with periodic stock counts and audits
• Handle escalated operational issues and resolve them quickly

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
• Experience with in automotive parts, motor factors, or similar stock‑heavy environments preferred
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock management systems
• Ability to lead and develop a small team effectively
• Good organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Confident using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential
• A proactive, reliable, and hands‑on approach
