FLT Driver

About the Role We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Drivers to join our clients across a variety of warehouse and manufacturing environments. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking for a hands-on role within a busy and supportive team. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience operating Counterbalance, Reach, or Bendi (Flexi) trucks .

While these licences and skills are highly desirable, the only essential requirement is that applicants hold a valid FLT licence for any truck type. As an FLT Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring goods are moved, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently. Loading and unloading vehicles. Moving stock throughout the warehouse and production areas. Stacking, storing, and retrieving pallets from racking locations. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes. Conducting routine equipment and safety checks. Supporting stock control and inventory activities. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and company policies. Assisting with general warehouse duties when required. What We're Looking For A valid FLT licence (essential). Experience operating any FLT truck type. Counterbalance, Reach, and/or Bendi (Flexi) experience is highly desirable. Previous warehouse or logistics experience would be advantageous. Good attention to detail and awareness of health and safety. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
