GXO Logistics, Inc at the Primark Thrapston site is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. You will lead night shift operations from 22:00 to 06:00, across a 5-in-7 schedule, driving safety, performance and continuous improvement on the warehouse floor.
You will report to the Shift Manager, manage headcount and overtime, and ensure costs stay within budget while delivering exceptional results and high standards of product care.
