In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part working within our busy warehouse operation, you'll help keep goods moving efficiently and support our delivery teams in creating an outstanding customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing As a key member of our Warehouse and Distribution team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their products safely, accurately, and on time. Help prepare products for delivery by wrapping, labelling, loading, and securing items to the highest standards. Assist with unloading deliveries and handling products with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Support the Warehouse Management and Distribution teams in maintaining vehicle standards, site security, and efficient warehouse operations. Receive, store, pick, and dispatch products accurately, helping to keep our operation running smoothly. Contribute to effective stock management by ensuring all stock movements are recorded accurately and inventory is well maintained. Take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment across the Duncrue site, including warehouse standards, site upkeep, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with seasonal tasks such as de-icing.
Champion health, safety, and security by following best practices and proactively reporting any hazards, faults, or near misses. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. What We Need From You A hands-on, energetic individual who is comfortable with a physically active role, including the movement and handling of larger items. Previous warehouse experience is welcomed but not essential full training will be provided for the right candidate. A forklift licence would be an advantage, but it's not required. If you have one, we'd love to hear about it!
