Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for the Day Shift in Andover to lead a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, ensuring accurate picking and packing to safety standards.
You will coach and engage your team to improve efficiency, meet deadlines, and maintain policy compliance, while building strong relationships with internal partners.
The role is full-time (39 hours), from 6am to 2pm, with weekend work. Salary is £28,000–£34,400 per annum, inclusive of shift premiums, plus benefits.
