Due to a significant increase in business, we're expanding our Heathrow warehouse team and are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join us.

About the Role We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our busy warehouse operation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading teams, and understand the demands of airfreight logistics, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise booking-in, labelling and put-away teams. Ensure all freight is accurately labelled and documented for airline dispatch. Develop warehouse staff on procedures and safety standards. Maintain compliance with CAA and UCH regulations. Resolve operational and customer queries professionally. Drive high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity across the warehouse. Skills and Experience Essential Previous experience in aviation freight or warehouse operations.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Confident communicator who performs well under pressure. Physically fit with a hands-on approach. 5 year checkable background Desirable COS Certificate (training can be provided if required).

What We Offer £14.50 per hour. 6% annual bonus, paid quarterly. 28 days holiday, increasing to 30 days after two years' service. (inc Bank Holidays) Workplace pension scheme. Free on-site parking. Overtime opportunities.
