The Role Kingston Barnes is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established distribution centre in Avonmouth, specialising in clothing and footwear. This is a varied role, with approximately 50% warehouse duties and 50% Counterbalance FLT driving , making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position. Working Hours Weekly rotating shifts: 05:00 13:30 12:30 21:00

Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently Loading and unloading deliveries Moving stock throughout the warehouse Replenishing stock locations Picking, packing and preparing customer orders Assisting with general warehouse duties as required Following all health and safety procedures About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A valid Counterbalance FLT licence Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT Good warehouse experience A positive attitude and strong work ethic The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail A flexible approach to rotating shifts What's in it for You?
