What you'll do

- Be the main point of contact for clients and manage relationships end-to-end.
- Understand client goals and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
- Review campaign performance, share insights, and suggest improvements.
- Lead and mentor account heads to ensure smooth delivery and a great client experience.
- Ensure all creatives, content, and campaigns meet quality and brand standards.
- Oversee execution across SEO, PPC, social media, and other digital channels.
- Track performance, manage timelines, and keep projects within budget.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upsells or expansions.
- Prepare and present performance reports that actually make sense to clients.

Experience

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Full-time role | Onsite / Hybrid.
