AP Accountant | FMCG | Flemish Brabant

Location: Berchem-Sainte-Agathe

We are actively looking for an AP Accountant for one of our clients in the FMCG industry, located on the outskirts of Brussels.

Responsible for processing of non-PO and PO invoices
Process expense notes
Prepare payments
First point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders
Assist with intercompany reconciliations, monthly closing and reporting to management
Publish AP aging report on a monthly basis
Responsible for audit requests related to accounts payable

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
At least a first experience in AP accounting
You speak Dutch and/or French and English fluently
You are very comfortable with IT tools and ERP systems
You are an on-the-field person. You are not afraid to approach your colleagues to ask questions and get the information needed
Your time management and organizational skills are your biggest assets
