We are currently looking for a Finance Team Leader for one of our clients active in the fashion industry and located in the peripheries of Brussels.
Though an SME, the company has a strong international footprint, with subsidiaries all across Asia & Africa. With currently 30 people active in Belgian's offices, the company maintains a flat management where hierarchy and control do not belong.
With a flat management structure and a collaborative culture, every employee is involved in decision-making and plays a key role in the company's sustainability and growth. The Finance Team Leader will take on a dual role, combining team supervision for 2 Accountants and strategic/operational responsibilities.
People management and supervision of the tasks of the two accountants
Various reporting (monitoring the reporting of the cash flow, P&L reporting, …)
Intercompany invoicing
Forecasting
Acting as the main point of contact with the banks
Some administrative tasks including payroll, contracts, taking care of the group & DKV insurances, …
Master's in Economics, Accounting or Finance
You speak Dutch and have a good command of English
You are proactive, responsible and results-driven, taking ownership of your work and delivering high-quality outcomes
