Information Security Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Information Security to lead the design, implementation, and governance of the organization's information security strategy during a major business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise information security strategy and roadmap.

Establish security governance, policies, standards, and risk management frameworks.

Lead security architecture and controls for a new Microsoft Azure environment.

Drive Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust initiatives.

Provide security oversight for migration, transformation, and separation activities.

Oversee security operations, incident response, monitoring, and threat management.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and corporate security requirements.

Partner with business and technology leaders to embed security-by-design principles across the organization.

Requirements

Proven experience leading enterprise information security programs.

Strong expertise in Azure Security, Cloud Security, IAM, and Zero Trust Architecture.

Experience supporting carve-outs, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or tenant separation programs.

Strong background in security governance, risk management, and compliance.

Experience with SOC operations, incident response, and cyber security monitoring.

Ability to engage effectively with senior executives, boards, and external stakeholders.
