ADECCO ANTWERPEN zoekt een AI Portfolio Lead die een centrale rol inneemt in de uitbouw van de AI-strategie. Je werkt nauw samen met Business-, IT- en Datateams, stuurt AI-initiatieven aan en zorgt ervoor dat AI concreet bijdraagt aan meetbare bedrijfsresultaten.
Je ontwikkelt en beheert de AI-roadmap, stuurt de AI-community en bewaakt privacy, GDPR en ethiek. Je rapporteert KPI's aan het management en zorgt voor prioritering van AI-projecten van POC tot uitrol.
