Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Consultant to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme for a growing organisation based in Antwerp.

The successful consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, supporting integrations, and driving the implementation through to testing and go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements

Lead workshops with key business stakeholders

Configure and optimise Odoo ERP modules

Support process mapping and solution design activities

Work closely with technical teams on integrations and customisations

Support data migration and system deployment activities

Deliver user training and adoption support

Produce functional documentation and process flows

Experience Required

4+ years' experience delivering Odoo implementation projects

Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP

Proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations

Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills

Experience supporting integrations, data migration, and testing activities

Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or supply chain environments is desirable

Ability to work independently within a fast-paced project environment
