Reason for this role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Management Assistant to support our leadership team and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a vital role in enabling our executives to focus on strategic initiatives by managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and facilitating internal communication.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys being the go-to person for organizational efficiency.

Job Requirements What will you do?

Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination

Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents

Organize internal and external meetings, events, and workshops

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and task follow-up

Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion

Assist in onboarding new team members and support HR-related tasks

Monitor deadlines, track progress on key initiatives, and follow up on action items

Support operational projects and contribute to process improvements across the organization

Job Requirements Who are you?

You are a master of organization and time management, with a keen eye for detail

You have excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

You are fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken

You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital collaboration tools

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role

You are discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information

You are flexible, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

You hold a driver’s license and are open to occasional travel
