Your daily mission:

Smooth Coordination
You create an efficient transport planning for our filter exchanges across Europe. You work closely with Internal and External Sales, as well as our operational sites in Belgium and abroad.
You keep the overview, spot obstacles before they become problems, and think along to make things run even more smoothly.

Documents? Check!
You ensure the correct and timely preparation of all transport-, customs-, and waste documents. You know that precision is key here and help us maintain our quality standards.

Fleet in top shape:
You manage a trailer fleet of around 30 trailers and are responsible for their optimal use and maintenance, in close collaboration with our partners. You create a solid planning to keep everything running like clockwork.

Communication that works
You communicate clearly and proactively with customers (national and international), internal departments (sales, warehouse, technical service, administration), and external partners such as transport companies and drivers.

As a Senior Transport Planner you’ll join a team of 6 fantastic logistics colleagues in Roeselare, reporting to the Logistics Supervisor.

You preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience in logistics.

You speak and write fluently in English, Dutch, and French
. Knowledge of German is a plus.

You’re familiar with Microsoft Office. Experience with Navision and/or Dynamics is a strong asset.

You’re a confident communicator who easily connects with customers, colleagues, and external partners.

You work accurately
, learn quickly, and love bringing structure. You’re well-organised and know how to set the right priorities
