Process​/Optimization Analyst

We are currently looking for a Junior Process Analyst to support one of my clients in the insurance sector.
This role is part of a broader initiative to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency across different B2B departments. The person will work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to ensure workflows are aligned and documented.

The client is undergoing a transformation to streamline processes and enhance service quality. The Junior Process Analyst will assist in analyzing existing workflows, identifying improvement areas, and supporting change management initiatives.

• Assist in analyzing current processes and identifying gaps or inefficiencies.
• Help document workflows and update work instructions for clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with teams to align practices and objectives across departments.
• Support the implementation of KPIs and quality monitoring to track performance.
• Provide operational support during the integration of new processes and tools.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and model processes.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a collaborative environment
  .
• Knowledge of French and Dutch (both fluent) is required;
  English is a plus.
• Interest in process optimization and change management
  .
