Als Key Account Manager Distribution
, gevestigd in Ukkel, Brussel, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, versterken en verder uitbouwen van de samenwerking met onze distributeurspartners. Jouw missie? De zichtbaarheid, promotie en verkoop van Schneider Electric producten en oplossingen via deze partners maximaal optimaliseren. #LI-JB10

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

1. Strategische Accountontwikkeling

  • Opstellen, beheren en opvolgen van strategische accountplannen inclusief KPI’s, forecasts, budgetten en actieplannen.
  • Ontwikkelen van groeistrategieën die aansluiten bij onze bedrijfsdoelstellingen.

2. Klantinzicht

  • Diepgaand inzicht verwerven in de organisatie, projecten en besluitvormingsprocessen van jouw key accounts.
  • Identificeren van belangrijke stakeholders en beïnvloeders binnen de klantstructuur.

3. Uitvoering & Groei-initiatieven

  • Coördineren en ondersteunen van activiteiten op het verkooppunt (POS), zoals promoties, events en trainingen.
  • Proactief nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren om de business verder te ontwikkelen.

4. Samenwerking & Afstemming

  • Intensief samenwerken met interne teams zoals Sales, Marketing, Commerciële Managers, Logistiek, Finance en Customer Care.
  • Fungeren als verbindingspunt tussen Schneider Electric en onze distributeurs om een optimale merkpositionering te garanderen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële of accountmanagementfunctie binnen een vergelijkbaar domein van activiteiten.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Bachelor of masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied.
  • Sterke commerciële en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Strategisch denkvermogen en analytische skills.
  • Uitstekende communicatie en relatiebeheervaardigheden.
  • Proactieve, resultaatgerichte houding.
