Supplier Development Manager (all genders)

Your responsibilities- Conduct new supplier assessments, approvals, onboarding, and training programs to ensure suppliers meet compliance standards and are effectively integrated into operations
- Initiate and track measures for supplier performance improvement based on evaluations, driving sustainability practices and mitigating supplier risks
- Lead supplier development initiatives, including sustainability improvements, and organize supplier development meetings and business reviews to ensure continuous improvement
- Oversee supplier incident management as the overall coordinator
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with ethical and operational standards
- Collaborate across plants to coordinate and manage multi-plant incidents effectively
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier management, sustainability development, or compliance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial context
- Strong knowledge of supplier auditing and risk management processes
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams
- Highly organized, perseverant, investigative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel frequently
- English (business fluent, C1), German is an advantage
