Business Management Associate - Automotive Solutions - Remote
ASE Global, part of Valsoft and the Aspire Software portfolio, is hiring a Business Management Associate - Automotive Solutions to join the team and support world-class OEM Automotive and dealership network clients via market-leading software solutions. The successful candidate will nurture and develop client relationships to help customers drive performance and profitability, working with OEMs, dealer networks and individual dealerships to drive volume, profitability and business improvement.
The mission is to deliver maximum profitability and operational efficiency for automotive, motorcycle, bus, and coach manufacturers and dealerships through automated systems and the power of AI.

We provide a secure web-enabled BI platform that extracts financial, statistical and other information from Dealers, OEMs and external sources to provide unique insights.
The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Belgium and work in a remote model.
Responsibilities- Tracks, processes, analyzes operative, financial and statistical data related to Dealer network performance metrics to improve accuracy and quality and organizes independent Dealer visits based on results
- Provide remote and direct support to Dealer Network within project assignments (e.g. general accounting, bookkeeping queries, data input issues and reporting)
- Present regularly at all levels of Business Management and KPI results, suggesting actions for improvement
- Provide training to the Dealer Network on the use of internal software, data quality improvement, map charts, and assist in the analysis of KPI performance data
- Serve as a contact for and develop relationships with the client to respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner and help improve client satisfaction
- Assume responsibility for accurate and high-quality data on assigned projects
- Attend project meetings and participate in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management
- Identify poor-performing dealers and facilitate action plans to address issues
- New franchise launch and roll-out, as applicable to the project
- Maintain new and existing customer reporting solutions
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to understand and achieve their needs and identify business opportunities
- At least a professional level of French, English, and Dutch, both written and verbal, is essential
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration or a similar discipline is essential
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of Account Management experience
- Accountancy or financial background knowledge and understanding
- Experience with Business Management, Accountancy principles and KPI analysis
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skillset
- Previous experience supporting Cloud or SaaS products
- Specialist in Training and on-site consultancy
- Articulate and client-facing
- Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on process and problem solving
- Curious mindset with ability to learn new systems and grow over time
- Team player who enjoys challenges and aims to own their area of business
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
- Flexible working is required due to the nature of the role
- Legally authorized to work in Europe
- Automotive background
- Experience with Motor Dealer or OEM consultancy or audit
- Training expertise
- MBA advantageous but not essential
