Actief Mouscron recherche un(e) Conducteur de Travaux pour un client actif dans le domaine technique.
Vous encadrez les chefs d’équipes et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le directeur technique.
Vous pilotez la gestion technique des chantiers, l’organisation des équipes et assurez le suivi qualité, sécurité et performance.
Vous serez en charge de :
- La préparation et le suivi technique des chantiers
- La gestion des devis, dossiers clients et ERP
- L’optimisation des plannings et de la charge de travail
- La sécurité, la qualité et l’évaluation du personnel
- Expérience en gestion d’équipes et de chantiers techniques
- Leadership, sens de l’organisation et bonne communication
- Orientation résultats, sécurité et qualité
