Customer Service Officer; OTC

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer and you will be responsible for the order-to-cash process, ensuring smooth handling of customer orders from entry to delivery and invoicing. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting them with administrative and operational tasks while collaborating closely with internal departments.

• Manage the order-to-cash cycle: order entry, follow-up, delivery coordination, and invoicing
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and billing inquiries
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in the ERP system
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to guarantee timely and correct order processing
• Monitor open orders and proactively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and follow up on reports related to order status and customer accounts

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer :

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
