Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) agent.e Call Center français/néerlandais.
ProfilNous cherchons une personne ayant le profil suivant :
- Gestion des commandes
- Gestion des besoins des clients
- Fidélisation des clients et suivis
- Création d'actions promotionnelles dans l'entreprise
- Ayant un attrait avec le secteur alimentaire
- Être à l'aise au téléphone et avec les services externes
- Parler néerlandais est essentiel ( Niveau B2-C1)
Nous offrons :
