Location: Town of Belgium
Jobmatch est actuellement à la recherche d'un customer services pour une entreprise de renommée internationale à Louvain-la-Neuve.
Description- Traitement et gestion des données
- Suivi complet des commandes de A à Z : de la réception à la production, jusqu'à la livraison
- Remise d'offres
- Coordination entre les différents départements internes (logistique, douanes, métallurgie, IT, etc.)
- Être le premier point de contact pour les clients et assurer un service de qualité
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Vous parlez couramment anglais
- Bonne connaissance de SAP ou d'un autre ERP
- Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et appréciez travailler dans un environnement structuré et très procédurier
- CDI à temps plein
- Rémunération entre 3.000 € et 4.200 € selon expérience
- Avantages extra-légaux : bonus, chèques-repas de 8 €/jour, assurance groupe, assurance hospitalisation et ambulatoire
