Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Digital Marketing Platform, with the unique chance to work in beautiful Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about digital marketing and have a passion for providing exceptional customer support. In this position, you will assist clients in Dutch, helping them navigate our platform and optimize their marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the digital marketing platform, features, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
  • Provide guidance on account management, campaign setup, and effective use of digital marketing tools
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing their marketing campaigns
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure customers receive the best possible support
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing to provide relevant advice and solutions to clients
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the digital marketing or technology sector
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service software
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
