Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives to work in Greece for a leading telecommunications company. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology, enjoy engaging with customers, and are looking for a unique experience abroad. In this position, you will assist clients in Dutch, addressing their telecommunications inquiries and providing top‑notch support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries about telecommunications products, services, and promotions through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
  • Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and service configurations
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and analysis
  • Collaborate with team members to stay updated on new products and ensure service excellence
  • Provide feedback to the management team to improve customer service processes and policies
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing a customer‑first approach
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple inquiries concurrently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
