You will assist users in navigating the platform and addressing their inquiries, all while delivering top‑tier service in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to the social media platform through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
  • Assist users with account management, content creation, and troubleshooting issues on the platform
  • Provide guidance on community guidelines, features, and best practices for a positive user experience
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking purposes
  • Collaborate with teams to improve user satisfaction and enhance platform features based on customer feedback
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform developments to provide relevant assistance
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the social media industry, is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively
  • Proficient problem‑solving skills and a customer‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRMs and social media management tools is beneficial
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
  • Ability to relocate to Greece or work remotely, as required
