Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading consumer electronics brand, with the unique chance to work in Greece! This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for technology and exceptional customer service skills. In this role, you will assist customers in Dutch, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a great experience with our prestigious electronics brand.

• Handle customer inquiries about consumer electronics products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
• Provide expert guidance on product features, troubleshooting, and usage instructions to customers
• Assist with order processing, modifications, and resolving billing or service issues
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for effective follow-up
• Work closely with technical support and sales teams to ensure accurate information and high standards of service
• Stay up to date with the latest product launches and technology trends in consumer electronics

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle technical inquiries
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
