Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives working within the Fashion & Luxury Brand sector in beautiful Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fashion and luxury, and who thrive in delivering top-notch customer service. As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries while conveying the brand's luxury ethos in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries related to fashion and luxury products, including product details, order status, and service inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
  • Provide clients with personalized service, enhancing their shopping experience and addressing any concerns
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges while ensuring adherence to brand standards
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the customer experience
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed advice to customers
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle high-quality service expectations and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM software and luxury retail practices is advantageous
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
