* As Digital Marketing Officer, you will help deploy content across multiple channels (Website/CMS, Linked In, Facebook, Instagram), and manage our full CRM processes in Hub Spot, including automation, newsletter creation, form development, and lead management across multiple countries.

This is an important and exciting role where you will have significant impact as we continue to accelerate our digital capabilities and reach.

We are currently looking for a
** Digital Marketing Officer**. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our headquarters in
** Belgium**, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.
** Your responsibilities:
*** Implement marketing content across websites, social media channels, CRM databases, and email platforms
* In collaboration with your manager, design, build, and maintain the company’s online presence (social, search, video, display, email) for its products and commercial activities
* Identify target audiences and implement creative digital campaigns that engage, inform, and grow awareness of Flen Health products
* Create reports on the online marketing performance of our brands and competitors
* Support the execution of digital marketing, advertising, promotional plans, and communication activities in line with global product strategy
* Gather monthly metrics and performance reports across channels
* Maintain a solid understanding of the competitive environment and industry trends, conduct category and competitor analyses, generate insights, and apply them to effective consumer activation
* Collaborate with other team members to promote the organization’s business objectives
* Leverage the company’s digital strategy to enhance online presence and support profitability goals
* Serve as the community manager for the company’s and brands’ social media pages
** Your qualifications & experience:
*** At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare industry
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, ideally with a specialization in Digital Marketing
* Experience with Hub Spot Marketing Automation, Facebook Business Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute actively to brand development
* Strong reactivity and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong customer focus and a can-do mentality
* High energy, results-driven mindset
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch, German, French, or Italian is an asset
