Function
  • Student engagement: Cultivate relationships with prospective students by being their primary point of contact. Understand their aspirations, answer their questions, and provide personalized guidance throughout the whole application journey, from first enquiry to enrollment.
  • Recruitment strategy: Develop and execute an effective student recruitment strategy, in collaboration with the marketing colleagues, that aligns with the school's growth ambitions.
  • Events and outreach: Plan and participate in recruitment events, both on and off‑campus. This includes open houses, information sessions, webinars, and attendance at educational fairs and career conferences.
  • Partnerships and collaborations: Identify and establish interesting partnerships (e.g. educational agencies and other institutions) to expand our reach and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Student ambassadors: Mobilize and support a team of student ambassadors to assist in the recruitment process.
  • Program expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our programs, including their strengths, unique features, and benefits. Articulate this information convincingly to prospective students.
  • Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the needs of prospective students. Use this information to refine our recruitment strategies.
  • Data analysis: Regularly analyze enrollment data and campaign performance to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Provide insights to refine strategies and optimise future initiatives.
  • Profile
    • Holds a Bachelor’s degree.
    • Fluent in both English and Dutch; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
    • Enjoys building relationships and communicating with others.
    • Solid understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor landscape.
    • You enjoy working with data and can turn it into clear insights and reports.
    • Proactive self‑starter with a creative and innovative mindset.
    • Goal‑oriented individual who consistently strives to exceed expectations.
    • Collaborative team player skilled in working with diverse stakeholders.
    • Comfortable with technology, ideally with experience in CRM systems.
    • A passionate advocate of education, dedicated to upholding our mission and values.
    • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and exceptionally weekends.
