• Converse with the model in both English and French on real‑world education scenarios and theoretical questions, verify pedagogical soundness and factual accuracy, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Challenge advanced language models on topics such as lesson planning, differentiated instruction, learning standards, student engagement, bilingual education, teacher training, and formative and summative evaluation—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning.

• A master’s degree in education, instructional design, educational psychology, or a closely related field is ideal.
• Fluency in French, classroom or curriculum development experience, and familiarity with both traditional and digital learning environments signal fit.
• Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.

We offer a pay range of $8‑to‑$65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
