You will be part ofthe
Metrology and Inspection(M&I) group within theÅngstrom
Patterning department.
Asa senior inspectionengineer,you will:
- Be part of a cross functional team aiming to supportdefinitionandexecution of a joint development program for a leading M&I tool vendor.
- Be responsible for technical execution of the work defined in the joint development program in close collaboration with the tool vendor.
- Create and develop recipes ona state-of-the-artinspection tool on advanced processes.
- Work in close collaboration witha majormaterial suppliertodevelopand assess multipleprocessesperformance.
- Be creative and explorenovelinspectiontechniques or methodologies.
- Investigate the limits of the techniques you work with through fundamental understanding by literature search, simulations, physical modeling etc...
- Report your work internally and externally (project reviews, workshops,conferences,or journal papers).

Who you are- You have a PhD in Applied Sciences, Material Engineering or Electronics
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working on advanced optical inspection toolsandebeamreview systems(mandatory)
- You are proactive, positive, hands-on withwillingnesstolearn.
- You have interestandexperienceininspection in ahigh techcleanroom.
- Youare able towork in complex environments with various partners and customers.
- You are flexible and able to deal with change orambiguity.
- You work accurately andhaveattention todetails.
- You have excellent English communication skills.
- You have excellent presentation skills.
